Green tea is one of the healthiest drinks on the planet and these days, you can find it on store shelves and on restaurant menus- not just at your local Starbucks! What makes it so healthy? Green tea is rich in antioxidants, helps keep blood sugar stable and can lower both cholesterol and blood pressure. Really, the list of green teas health benefits goes on and on! But not everyone loves the grassy flavor of freshly brewed green tea (myself included) so I’m here to help you enhance the flavor with natural sweeteners like juicy peaches, fresh ginger, honey and mint.
